Sharon Osbourne has confessed she drugged Ozzy with sleeping medication to make him confess to infidelity. She opened up about the heartbreak of Ozzy’s past affairs with other women and how it escalated into her spiking him. She said, “I was a broken woman. He sent me an email that was meant for one of his women. Then he took his sleeping pills. I put an extra two in his drink… and asked him everything, and everything came out. He would have never told me the truth, ever. He was ashamed, afraid. I knew how long. I knew who it was. I knew what he was thinking and then, you know, you leave. Ozzy told me it was over with this woman and I believed him. Then, six months later, I found out it wasn’t and there were others. Only then did he come out and say, “I’m an addict. I can’t help it. I don’t trust him. I worry about that. I don’t trust him as far as I can throw him. Nothing in the world hurts like infidelity. Nothing.” Ozzy later checked himself back into rehab for both drug/alcohol addiction and sex addiction. He and Sharon got back together several months after Sharon learned of his womanising. Sharon is also still his manager who is helping Ozzy work on his farewell tour. Despite all the ups and downs, the two of them appear to be inseparable. – U suprotnom mi nikada ne bi rekao istinu. Bio je posramljen, prestrašen. Predugo ga već znam – dodala je. Ozzy je izjavio kako je prekinuo odnose s ljubavnicom, a Shanon mu je u to odlučila povjerovati.

No, nakon nekoliko je mjeseci otkrila da joj je u potpunosti lagao te kako viđa više žena. Priznao jo je da je ovisan u seksu te kako jednostavno sebi ne može pomoći nakon čega je počeo odlaziti na terapije kod psihologa.  

Tada se par na nekoliko mjeseci razišao, no sada su ponovo zajedno.
