Imovinu koju je ostavio iza sebe legendardni Paul McCartney ne može se porediti s niti jednim luksuznim automobilom. Ako bi već postojao takav predmet, to bi onda svakako bio rijedak primjerak “aston martina” iz serije DB5 koji datira još iz 1964. godine. Model koji je vozio i čuveni James Bond, jedan je od najsofisticiranijih automobila na svijetu, a upravo takvog donedavno je u svom posjedu imao i nekadašnji pjevač “Beatlesa”.

The 1964 sports car – which boasts the registration plate 64 MAC – is expected to sell for as much as 1.7 million EUROS when sold at auction next month.
The 4.2-Litre saloon was first owned by Beatles legend Macca.
And it even features a rare Philips Auto-Mignon record player.
Ordered by McCartney prior to his departure for the Beatles’ world tour in the summer of 1964, the DB5 was subsequently registered in the musician’s name, and Paul greatly enjoyed driving the car over the following six years, say auctioneers Bonhams.
It is believed to be the first Aston owned by the musician.
“Though Paul McCartney later owned an Aston Martin DB6, which has been the subject of extensive media coverage, this lesser-known DB5 is believed to be the first Aston owned by the musician,” Bonhams said.
It was also later owned by BBC TV and radio presenter, Chris Evans.
The car will be sold by Bonhams in London as part of the Bond Street sale starting on December 2.
