Uživa u čarima majčinstva: Nakon mrtvog djeteta i nekoliko pobačaja ostvarila joj se najveća želja

Američka glumica, pjevačica i producentica Jamie Ray Newman na svom je Instagram profilu pokazala koliko uživa u čarima majčinstva. Naime, ona je otkrila da je njena kćerka Mila Nico izašla iz bolnice u kojoj je provela čak tri mjeseca, a zbog činjenice da je rođena prije vremena. 

– Danas smo doživjeli pravo čudo praznika. Prije tačno 80 dana, u 25. sedmici rođena je Mila Nico. Ona je danas došla kući i time je završeno ovo dugo, iscrpljujuće i stresno putovanje kroz koje smo prošli kako bismo još jednom postali sretni roditelji. Dobrodošla kući predivna Milo, dugo smo čekali da te vidimo zdravu i prelijepu  – napisala je ona.

Today marks the first miracle of Hanukkah. Exactly 80 days ago Mila Nico Newman Nattiv was born (709 g, 1 lbs. 9 oz) at 25 weeks and three days gestationally at the Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas via our brave surrogate. The dream team of doctors and nurses led by the brilliant Dr. Caren Lipsky saved Mila’s life and made sure she is out of danger while she grows stronger and healthier. Mila came home today, ending this stressful, exhausting journey and making us happy parents once again. Welcome home baby girl. We cannot wait to watch you flourish and thrive. We would like to deeply thank all our family, friends and especially the Sunrise Children’s Hospital Staff. You were our strength and hope. Special shouts out to @ragsdaleshullman @jenniferwener @maureenazize for the inspiring stories that kept us going. To @degen.us for her gorgeous handmade knits that kept our baby warm. Podsjećamo, glumica već ima kćerku Almu Ness, a njena je borba za potomstvo bila prilično teška. Naime, glumica je nekoliko puta pobacila, a prije šest godina rodila je mrtvu djevojčicu. Upravo zbog toga se, zajedno sa suprugom, odlučila da angažiraju surogat majku.

As many of you know, it took us many years to have our miracle Alma Ness. We were so battle-scarred during our (surrogate’s) pregnancy we literally kept her potential nursery our office, and literally bought NOTHING. Most of our friends and family didn’t even know we were pregnant. So when Alma finally arrived on September 18, 2018 a healthy thriving HELLO WORLD bundle of energy, all of a sudden we went into nursery over drive. Like I said we had NOTHING. Except the eyes of the brilliant @haleyweidenbaum my interior design soulmate. In less than a month she whipped up the most joyous of spaces for Alma to grow and be inspired and thrive. Special shout out to @everhem who made us gorgeous blackout drapes that was the secret ingredient to a full 12 hours of sleep.
