Vjenčali su se više od 47 puta: Rhiann Woodyard i Cheetah Platt ne namjeravaju stati

Poznati kalifornijski par Rhiann Woodyard i Cheetah Platt, danas su oboje Platt, vjenčali su se 47 puta na šest kontinenata. Par koji inače živi u Kaliforniji, gdje se također vjenčao, više od tri godine putuje svijetom, a u nešto manje od tri mjeseca u 2015., vjenčali su se više od 47 puta, a početkom aprila ove godine par je objavio fotografiju na Instagramu  s njihovog vjenčanja u Australiji kako bi se prisjetili emotivnog trenutka koji se dogodio prije četiri godine. Oboje su akrobati i prvi su se put vjenčali nakon samo godinu dana veze.

Life has been very kind to me, it has also thrown me some absolute rubbish challenges. We all get the short end of the stick sometimes. Sometimes it's horribly traumatic, sometimes it's just a little thing. But we always find our way back into the sun no matter how difficult. That's what makes us human. We fight, we overcome, we get better. And then boy do we enjoy that sun ☀️

The Pura Taman Saraswati temple, or water palace, is a spectacular sight in the gorgeous city of Ubud in Bali- Free to the public and open to walk around and admire, it has an ineffably magical quality to it that you will experience the second you walk up the serene lotus pond pathway. . An incredible country, an incredible temple, and an incredible time. Bali was by far Cheetah's favorite country for this trip! He adored the landscape, the culture, and the affordability! Bali is amazingly affordable, which made our time there that much more relaxing. With full 1 hour massages for under $10, amazing temples to visit, fantastic beaches, plenty to see and do, and cheap transportation, it's a budget-traveller's dream come true! . Traveling as much as we do, we don't often take advantage of the typical "vacationy" activities such as spa treatments, tours, and other packages as those costs add up. But in Bali, we got the full experience and didn't have to ever feel guilty about opening our wallets!

Some of my favourite places are the ones rarely visited – unknown treasures ready to be discovered. But others are fantastically overwhelming exactly because they are so iconic and picturesque. Okay okay, so maybe Maldives really Does live up to all the hype. What an incredible part of the world! A Muslim country, Maldives and its 2,000 small islands has a unique perspective and widely differing cultural norms… From the local islands to the privately owned ones, the rules and feel of this island getaway can range from fully clothed beach-going on a modest and beautifully simple island, to ridiculously lavish over-the-water bungalows on a private island resort. Take your pick, but the price tag can get pretty hefty! We had an absolute blast at #reethibeachresort which was a perfect combination of simple island life, delectable food, gorgeous rooms, and moderate pricing compared to other private resort islands. What an amazing place. What an unforgettable experience. Definitely a bucket list cross off for me!!

Big Ben and the English house of Parliament was such an exciting and surreal moment for me. I've never been to England, I've always dreamt of seeing the Thames and all the iconic landmarks. And of course, being the sci-fi nerd that I am, I got to search for the Tardis, hang out at 221B Baker St, and push a cart into Platform 9 3/4 🤓🤓🤓 . It was an extraordinary experience to stand on the lip of the river, feeling the reality of a possible 20ft plunge into the current on my right. Looking back….. I probably shouldn't have been wearing my heels! 😉👠

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY EVERYONE!! I truly believe that America's greatest days are still in our future! We can all move forward as a country toward values which are held by all humans regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender or sexuality. Equality, Freedom, and the ability to grow in an ever changing world are necessary for an evolved humanity. Our country stands strong in the belief that we will not be unjustly ruled by a tyrant, that we will not submit to an unfair elite class which suppresses the common man. We stand up for the rights of all and create checks and balances, and the ability to amend the constitution as the world grows and changes. The founding fathers knew we would make mistakes as a country – they just wanted us to learn from them. That is why I believe in the future of America. Happy 241st birthday! Thank you to all those who have sacrificed for our freedoms. Today is a day of reflection, gratitude, and celebration of our ever growing and beautifully diverse country. ❤️ ❤️

Colombia was home to our first wedding ever ❤️ . Many warned us not to go, as Columbia would be dangerous. But we think the real danger is in never learning about your fellow human beings in other places. There are beautiful people and families in Colombia who are proud of their home and we had a fantastic time meeting many of them 😁😁 It is a gorgeous country with so much to offer. We never once felt unsafe ❤️ . During this time in our history, we think it's most important to leave the 'comfort' of being around people exactly like you. Traveling to cities away from your own will show you just how many people are different from you that are just as deserving of love, dignity, and respect. . Reject the idea that different is dangerous. Get out of your comfort zone and meet a new person with a differing perspective. As adults we sometimes forget that there is always more to learn. You don't have to be in school to broaden your mind 🔭 .
