Flaxseeds are little Golden jewels! They have amazing benefits to our health via essential fatty acids! They can help lower inflammation and recently noted to help lower blood pressure better than medications! The best thing about flaxseed is that you can add them easily to your day in just 1-2 tablespoons to reap these benefits! Ground flaxseeds are best and can be sprinkled in a smoothie, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, sprinkled over cereal or mixed in oatmeal. You can sprinkle on a salad or mix in with a sweet potato mash! Honestly you can find a way to get them in daily and gain the benefits! Challenge yourself to first, go and buy some. I recommend going to a larger grocery store or a Costco/Sams Club type store for the best deal! Then start with just a teaspoon to get the feel of the texture and flavor. Ono što morate znati ukoliko želite upotrebljavati ove sjemenke, jeste da one moraju biti svježe samljevene, jer nakon deset minuta od mljevenja njihova hranjivost opada. Kao blagi laksativ djelotvorne su i čitave i mljevene sjemenke, no bolesnici s osjetljivom sluznicom želuca teže podnose mljeveno sjeme. Sjemenke imaju sluzi koje vlaže, te omekšavaju stijenke i sluznicu crijeva ublažavajući nadraženi probavni trakt i bolove u crijevima. Djelovanje se počinje osjećati nakon nekoliko dana.
